So he came back in stating that he felt incredible for about 3 days, then at work when he had to meet a big client for a sales lunch, he began to feel very nervous again and it is so bad he is stil feeling it big time in his stomach. HE says he's been eating rolaids all day. In fact, he is BACK to eating them like candy like when I met him three weeks ago. We had done regression in the last session and I thought everything was cleared up. What do you do when something like that happens?

Well, if you are like me, it's just gotta be more hypnosis.....so, I had him bring up the feeling he had in anticipation of the big client then I said go to a earlier time when you felt that way. I wanted to get at the root cause of it like any good 5-PATHer or regressionist does, but when I said be at an earlier time when you felt that way my client said nothing is coming up. I said on the count of 1 we go to before the nothing...321...still nothing.

I have him build the feeling to as big and as powerful as it has ever been. on a scale of 1-8, he says i'ts an 9. We do EFT and get it down to a 3 and I say, this feeling has something to say, and it's not going away til you say it. "I'm very nervous" I ask what else? " I'm supposed to be perfect" I ask and that makes me feel? "Like I'm not good enough"

"Good! ON the count of 1 go to an earlier time when you felt that way 321.....be there and he does this time! Yippee. His mom and dad are fighting. His Dad says talk to your mom and calm her down. He tries but he is only seven. She is still mad.. He thinks I'm not good enough. I ask, What might happen if she isn't happy? My dad might leave. Ahh there is the fear we missed...all hidden and snuggled up in the ole "I'm not good enough" thought patterns...

We clear up this feeling and I emerge him. He says, I feel so much better! Oh? Whatcha gonna do with all them rollaids, I ask, as he picks them up with his keys and wallet from the table top. He tosses them in the trash and says, sure not going to eat any more of them and smiles that freedom smile you learn to love....what a great job we have!
